History

Our success in Snitterfield has spurred us on to continue expanding, and in 2010 we proudly opened a store in Stratford upon Avon town centre bringing our unique brand of local village store to the Stratford community.

Established in 1993, Hilliers butchers had humble beginnings as a small farm shop in Shrewley Warwickshire. Our aim was to run a traditional yet modern butchery placing an emphasis on bringing high quality local produce to the local market.

In 1996, the opportunity to expand presented itself when our local village store in Snitterfield,Stratford upon Avon became available. Thanks to great local support we have had 15 highly successful years in Snitterfield, the highlight being winning the 2002 Robert Wiseman neighbourhood shop of the year award; a nationally adjudged competition.
